Job Description

Position Summary:

We are hiring enthusiastic and goal-driven individuals for the role of Customer Success Associate to connect with interested leads and advise them on suitable insurance products. This is an outbound sales role requiring excellent communication skills and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact and engage with potential leads to advise them on appropriate insurance products.

  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable offerings.

  • Handle objections effectively and maintain a high conversion rate.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

    Required Skills:

    • Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written).

    • Excellent communication skills with no Mother Tongue Influence (MTI) or Regional Tone Influence (RTI).

    • Strong grasp of grammar and correct pronunciation.

    • Sales acumen and customer-focused mindset.

      Qualifications & Experience:

      • Minimum Qualification: Graduate (any field).

      • Experience:

        • Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.

        • Preferred: Candidates with experience in the insurance domain and with a background in sales.
