Position: Customer Support Executive – Yatri Mitra App

We are proud to support Yatri Mitra — a zero-commission, driver-friendly ride-hailing app designed to empower auto rickshaw drivers and provide commuters with a reliable, transparent travel option.
We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Customer Support Executive to handle queries and support both auto drivers and commuters using the Yatri Mitra app. The role involves providing assistance over phone, chat, and email while ensuring a seamless user experience.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, messages, and emails from drivers and passengers
Resolve queries related to app usage, registration, payments, and ride issues
Guide auto drivers step-by-step for onboarding and troubleshooting
Maintain accurate logs of interactions and resolutions in the system
Escalate technical or complex issues to the relevant team for quick resolution
Follow up with users to ensure satisfaction and build long-term trust
Provide feedback to the product team based on user challenges and insights
Fluency in Hindi & Marathi (mandatory); basic English preferred
Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of mobile apps and smartphones
Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple queries efficiently
A customer-first mindset with empathy and attentiveness
Freshers are welcome; prior customer service experience is a plus
