Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately.
Maintain customer records and update account information as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Meet or exceed performance goals and customer satisfaction metrics.
Follow company procedures and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable using customer service software, databases, and tools.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Dependable, punctual, and a team player.
May involve working in a retail store, call center, or remote setting.
