Minimum 12th pass hona chahiye.
Hindi aur English dono mein samajhne aur bolne ki ability honi chahiye (English samajhna zaroori hai).
Achhi communication skills (bolne aur likhne mein).
Computer chalana aana chahiye (basic MS Office aur typing).
