• Meet call center performance metrics and service standards
• Follow all company policies and procedures
Required Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in Hindi is mandatory
• Sympathetic approach with good multitasking ability
• Voice process/customer support experience preferred
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts
