Job Summary:
Jaisteel Facilitation Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Customer Support Executive who will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat
Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Provide product/service information to customers
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
Coordinate with internal teams for quick problem-solving
Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks
Customer-focused attitude
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred)
Experience: 6 months to 3 years in Customer Support / Customer Handling
Freshers with excellent communication skills can also be considered
