Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Kannada Process)

Salary: ₹17,000 (in-hand) | CTC: ₹20,000+ per month

Job Summary:

1.1 Solutions is hiring for the role of Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries in Kannada. This is a Work From Office (WFO) position suitable for candidates with good communication in Kannada and basic/functional English. Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound customer calls in Kannada.

Provide information, support, or resolutions to customers as per process guidelines.

Maintain call logs and update customer details accurately.

Follow quality standards and achieve customer satisfaction metrics.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Minimum qualification – Graduate in any stream.

Experience: Freshers are welcome. Prior BPO/customer support experience is an advantage.

Languages:

Kannada – Fluent (Mandatory)

English – Basic/Manageable communication

Location: Must be willing to work from the office
