Titan is hiring energetic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives for lead generation roles at our Kudlu Gate location. This role involves interacting with potential customers, identifying opportunities, and generating qualified leads for our sales teams.
Make outbound calls to potential leads to promote Titan’s services/products.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and generate interest.
Record and update lead information accurately in the CRM system.
Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction during every interaction.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong interpersonal and persuasion abilities.
Goal-oriented with a proactive approach.
Basic computer literacy (MS Office and CRM tools is a plus).
Education: Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
Experience:
Freshers: Encouraged to apply.
Experienced: Preferably 6 months – 2 years in customer support or telecalling.
Fresher: ₹20,000 CTC / ₹17,000 Take Home
Experienced: ₹23,000 CTC / ₹21,000 Take Home
