About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Support Executive who is fluent in Tamil and Malayalam to join our support team. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Tamil and Malayalam (and English/Hindi if applicable).

• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate team.

• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.

• Maintain professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Tamil and Malayalam (speaking, reading, and writing preferred).

• Basic communication skills in English and/or Hindi.

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a customer service role (preferred).

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate in any field.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in a BPO, call center, or customer-facing role.

• Typing skills in Tamil/Malayalam is a plus (if written support is involved).
