Job Description:
Altruist HGS is hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the non-voice customer support process for our Airtel project. Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries and service requests through chat or email (non-voice)
• Provide accurate information regarding Airtel products, services, and billing
• Ensure resolution of issues within the defined timelines
• Maintain customer satisfaction and follow up on escalated issues
• Document interactions and update customer records in the CRM system
Eligibility Criteria:
• Education: Graduate in any discipline
• Languages Required:
Mandatory: Proficiency in English
Any one of the following regional languages: Hindi / Tamil / Kannada / Malayalam
Skills Required:
• Excellent written communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge and typing speed
• Patience and a customer-centric approach
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure
