Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Sales and Support Executive. The role involves managing customer queries, driving sales, providing product/service information, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support to assist customers.

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.

• Convert leads into sales by explaining product/service benefits.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.

• Provide after-sales support and resolve customer complaints promptly.

• Update customer databases, CRM, and sales records accurately.

• Collaborate with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Meet and exceed sales targets and customer service KPIs.

• Stay updated with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma or relevant experience in sales/support.

• Proven experience in customer service, telesales, or inside sales.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle pressure and resolve conflicts calmly.

• Good computer skills (MS Office, CRM software, etc.).

• Strong persuasion and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
