Job Summary:

Comcast is hiring freshers for its Voice Process (CL12). This role involves handling voice-based customer interactions, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.

• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries effectively.

• Follow communication guidelines and scripts while dealing with different customer types.

• Achieve performance targets including quality, customer satisfaction, and efficiency metrics.

Interview Process:

1. 1st Round: HR Initial Screening

2. 2nd Round: SVAR / Voice Versant – 60

3. 4th Round: Operational Interview

Eligibility:

• Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate (Any Stream)

• Experience: Fresher candidates are welcome

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary (CL12): Up to ₹3,70,000 per annum

• Take-home Salary: ₹24,000 per month

• Incentives: ₹2,500 per month (based on performance)

• Transport:

  • One-way cab facility (only for night shift)

  • Free transport for women employees at night (7 PM – 7 AM)

  • Male employees will be charged ₹75 per one-way cab ride

Additional Information:

• Work from office only (No remote option)

• 24/7 rotational shifts including night shifts
