Comcast is hiring freshers for its Voice Process (CL12). This role involves handling voice-based customer interactions, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries effectively.
Follow communication guidelines and scripts while dealing with different customer types.
Achieve performance targets including quality, customer satisfaction, and efficiency metrics.
1st Round: HR Initial Screening
2nd Round: SVAR / Voice Versant – 60
4th Round: Operational Interview
Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate (Any Stream)
Experience: Fresher candidates are welcome
Salary (CL12): Up to ₹3,70,000 per annum
Take-home Salary: ₹24,000 per month
Incentives: ₹2,500 per month (based on performance)
Transport:
One-way cab facility (only for night shift)
Free transport for women employees at night (7 PM – 7 AM)
Male employees will be charged ₹75 per one-way cab ride
Work from office only (No remote option)
24/7 rotational shifts including night shifts
