Position Overview:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives – Voice Process for our growing team. The role requires strong communication skills in English and Hindi. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Details:

• Job Role: Customer Support – Voice Process

• Employment Type: Full-Time | Onsite

• Work Days: 6 days working (1 weekly off – rotational)

• Shift Timings:

  • Females: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (day rotational shifts)

  • Males: 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM (rotational shifts)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Any Graduate

• Experience: Fresher or Experienced

• Languages Required:

  • Fluent in English (Mandatory)

  • Hindi (Mandatory)

• Other Requirements: Versant 4

Compensation:

• Fresher:

  • CTC: ₹21,500/- per month

  • Take Home: ₹16,500/- per month

• Experienced:

  • CTC: Up to ₹23,000/- per month

  • Take Home: Up to ₹18,000/- per month

• Quarterly Bonus: ₹4,215/-
