Language Requirement: Tamil (Fluency Mandatory)

Eligibility

Qualification: Any Degree or Diploma (No arrears allowed)

Language: Tamil fluency required (spoken & written)

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates welcome

Salary

For Day shift - 10010 takehome

For Night shift - 10010 plus night shift allowances 2000 (totally 12010 in-hand per month)

Shift Structure

Rotational Shift (Weekly 1 Day Off)

4 Days: 6-hour shifts

8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

2:00 PM – 8:00 PM

2 Days: 12-hour shifts

8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

8:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Fixed 12-Hours Shift (4days work and Weekly 3 Days Off)

Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Responsibilities

Handle customer calls and resolve electricity-related queries

3)10th, 12th, and Degree Certificates (or provisional) (Xerox)
