Job Details :
• As a support executive you have to handle calls from the complaint department, have to help them, guide them.
• Answering questions or addressing any concerns they may have.
• Handling many inbound and outbound calls from customers.
• Listening to customer needs or issues and providing helpful solutions to their problems.
• Have to mention details in company software or in excel sheet as per instruction.
Note : Complete training will be provided by the company.
