Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to provide exceptional customer service by handling inbound customer queries, logging support tickets, and coordinating with the technical support team to ensure timely issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls professionally.
Log and manage customer issues using the ticketing system (Zoho Desk).
Assign and route support tickets to the appropriate engineers.
Follow up on open tickets and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with the technical team and update customers on issue status.
Maintain daily call logs and support reports.
Ensure adherence to service quality standards and response timelines.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Eligibility
