Customer Support Executive


Location: Gurugram (Work From Office)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: ₹3 LPA – ₹4.3 LPA CTC
Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to provide exceptional customer service by handling inbound customer queries, logging support tickets, and coordinating with the technical support team to ensure timely issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls professionally.

  • Log and manage customer issues using the ticketing system (Zoho Desk).

  • Assign and route support tickets to the appropriate engineers.

  • Follow up on open tickets and ensure timely resolution.

  • Coordinate with the technical team and update customers on issue status.

  • Maintain daily call logs and support reports.

  • Ensure adherence to service quality standards and response timelines.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
