We are hiring for Customer Support Executive to our team Indiafloats Technologies. Which is well known company in digital marketing industry past 8 years.

Job Description:

Act as the single point of contact for all client communications.
Coordinate effectively with all branches and internal departments for project execution.
Handle client queries and provide timely updates regarding digital marketing campaigns (SEO, social media marketing, Google Ads, branding, etc.).
Ensure clear communication and alignment between clients and all branches.
Prepare and share regular status reports and campaign updates with clients.
Support in client onboarding, documentation, and feedback management.
Follow up with branches on task progress, deadlines, and client deliverables.
Maintain a high level of professionalism in all clients and branch interactions.

Experience: 0 to 1 year

Salary: 12k to 15k

Timing: 10.00 A.M to 6.30 P.M

Working days: Monday to Saturday

Location: Chromepet
