
Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to manage inbound and outbound customer interactions and ensure timely resolution of queries through calls, emails, and chat. The role focuses on delivering excellent service, particularly to business customers, while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels within defined TATs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
• Resolve customer queries via calls, emails, and chat support.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely solutions within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
• Deliver excellent service to business customers, understanding their needs and concerns.
• Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Follow company processes, quality standards, and communication guidelines.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team when required and follow up for closure.
Skills:
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple communication channels (calls, emails, chat).
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on service excellence.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet TATs.
Requirements:
The candidate should have good fluency in multi languages (English, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu and any other region language)
