Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Customer Support Associate to join our growing team. As a key point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and resolving customer inquiries efficiently and effectively. You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and accurate customer support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues: Diagnose and resolve technical and non-technical issues, providing clear and concise solutions.

  • Document customer interactions: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system.

  • Escalate complex issues: Identify and escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team members or departments.

  • Provide product and service information: Educate customers on our products and services, answering questions and providing guidance.

  • Gather customer feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in our products, services, and processes.

  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude: Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.

  • Meet and exceed performance metrics: Achieve and maintain defined performance metrics, such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.

  • Contribute to the team knowledge base: Create and update knowledge base articles and FAQs.

  • Collaborate with other teams: Work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience.

  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge: Continuously learn and stay informed about our products and services.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 6 months years of experience in customer support or a related field.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer support tools.

  • Empathy and Patience: Ability to empathize with customers and remain patient in challenging situations.

  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree.

  • Language: Fluency in English, Hindi & Marathi.

  • Other Requirements: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (if required).
