We are Looking for Customer support
The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for handling customer queries and concerns through voice, email, or chat support in Malayalam and/or Kannada language. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer experience by providing accurate information, timely resolution, and maintaining high service quality standards.
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls, emails, or chats in Malayalam and/or Kannada.
Resolve customer queries related to products, services, orders, billing, or general inquiries.
Provide clear, accurate, and courteous information to customers.
Understand customer concerns and provide effective solutions within defined turnaround times.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Ensure first-call resolution wherever possible.
Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in CRM or support systems.
Maintain updated customer records and follow defined processes and guidelines.
Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics such as quality scores, AHT, CSAT, and productivity.
Adhere to company policies, customer service standards, and data privacy guidelines.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude during all customer interactions.
Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve service quality.
