Job Role:
We’re looking for a Customer Support Executive to help our clients with their queries and provide excellent service via calls, emails, and chat.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer technical and non-technical queries over phone, chat, and email.
Provide correct information about our services.
Solve basic issues or forward to the right team.
Keep records of customer conversations.
Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
Good communication skills (English/Hindi)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.)
Calm, patient, and helpful attitude
Willingness to learn and grow with the team
