Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries using phone, chat & email.
Resolve customer complaints by providing solutions, alternatives, or escalating issues as needed.
Meet key performance metrics including call handling time, customer satisfaction and resolution rates.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Process orders, returns, refunds, or exchanges and update customer accounts when necessary.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure efficient resolution of customer issues.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu communication.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with computer systems, MS Office, databases, and customer service platforms.
Patience, professionalism, and empathy when dealing with upset or frustrated customers.
