Responsibilities and Duties

Coordination with production department and handle customer query and reply on mail.
Order acknowledgments and communicate the same with internal departments.
Resolving contractual and commercial issues with clients.
Communicate information to various parties of a contract to ensure that terms & policies are understood and interpreted correctly by all.
Ability to work efficiently and calmly in situations with strict timelines.

Key Skills

ENGINEERING, Excel, Typing, Sales, Marketing, Communications

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

Must have 3-4 years of experience in the Engineering industry in the same position.
Proficiency in Excel.
Good typing skill.
Good command over English both written and verbal.
Self-starter with excellent communication skills.

Preferred Experience, Skills and Qualification:

Graduate person required.
SAP or ERP experience.
