Responsibilities and Duties

• Coordination with production department and handle customer query and reply on mail.

• Order acknowledgments and communicate the same with internal departments.

• Resolving contractual and commercial issues with clients.

• Communicate information to various parties of a contract to ensure that terms & policies are understood and interpreted correctly by all.

• Ability to work efficiently and calmly in situations with strict timelines.

Key Skills

ENGINEERING, Excel, Typing, Sales, Marketing, Communications

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have 3-4 years of experience in the Engineering industry in the same position.

• Proficiency in Excel.

• Good typing skill.

• Good command over English both written and verbal.

• Self-starter with excellent communication skills.

Preferred Experience, Skills and Qualification:

• Graduate person required.

• SAP or ERP experience.

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
