Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer queries related to products, services, or billing.
Provide accurate information and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain records of interactions and update customer details in the system.
Meet performance targets related to quality, efficiency, and attendance.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Ability to handle pressure and work in rotational shifts.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Education: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
Experience: Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply.
Shifts: Rotational shifts (Day/Night as per process).
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience).
