Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will play a key role in building trust and loyalty by resolving queries efficiently and ensuring a smooth post-sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and live chat.

  • Handle order-related queries, including order tracking, changes, and cancellations.

  • Assist customers with product information, customization options, sizing, and delivery timelines.

  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, production, logistics) to resolve customer issues promptly.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

  • Proactively communicate delays or issues and provide timely resolutions.

  • Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements to products/services.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer support or a similar role (preferably in apparel, e-commerce, or retail).

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada; Hindi is a plus.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric mindset.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and basic tech platforms.

  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Saturday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

  • Occasional weekend support may be required during peak seasons.
