Customer Support Executive – ISP & Vendor Coordination
Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and communication-savvy Female Customer Support Executive to manage customer queries, coordinate with Internet Service Providers (ISPs), and handle vendor-related communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
• Coordinate with ISPs for internet connectivity, downtime, installation, and technical issues.
• Communicate and follow up with vendors for timely resolution of issues.
• Maintain records of complaints, service requests, and vendor activities.
• Monitor pending issues and ensure timely closure.
• Coordinate internally with the technical team whenever required.
• Follow up with vendors regarding services, payments, maintenance, and support.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers, ISPs, and vendors.
• Prepare basic reports and update daily status.
Requirements:
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating with customers and external vendors.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Problem-solving and multitasking ability.
• Female candidates preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also be considered.
