
Job Title: ATM Operations – Tech Ops
Work Location: OMR, Bangalore
Role Summary:
The ATM Operations – Tech Ops role is responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring the smooth functioning of ATM networks, working closely with vendors, banks, and internal teams to maintain uptime and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ ATM Monitoring & Issue Resolution:
Monitor ATM networks and ensure high uptime availability.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues related to ATMs.
Coordinate with vendors, engineers, and service providers for issue resolution.
✅ Incident & Ticket Management:
Log and track ATM-related incidents in the ticketing system.
Ensure Turnaround Time (TAT) compliance for all technical issues.
Analyze incident trends and provide proactive solutions.
✅ Coordination & Follow-ups:
Work closely with banks, franchisees, and CRA teams for issue resolution.
Follow up with cash replenishment agencies (CRA) to ensure timely refills.
Communicate with tech vendors and field teams for hardware maintenance.
✅ Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain logs of incidents, resolutions, and performance reports.
Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports on ATM uptime and issue trends.
Work on process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Education: Graduate (10+2+3) or Polytechnic Diploma (1-2 years).
Experience: 0-6 years in ATM operations, technical support, or banking.
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of ATM software, networking, and troubleshooting.
