Job Description

Process Executives

 

The Process executives will be trained and certified in KYC, Support and Retention of Customers.

The Candidates should have a minimum of 10, 12 passed and completed their degree in any stream

Language skill sets should be English and Tamil, English and Hindi.

The candidate should have basic knowledge of operating a computer and a minimum typing speed of 20-30 words per minute.

The candidates should have 0 – 06 Months of experience in customer support or Freshers can also apply. The candidates should be flexible enough to work in a rotational shift. The candidates should be flexible with a single rotational week off. The process is for both Inbound and Outbound requirements

Salaries range from INR 11,000.00 to INR 14,000.00 with other perks. Freshers can also opt for Naps or Nat for the first 12 months of their employment at Grassroots Solutions and Services Pvt. Ltd
