🔹 Shifts: UK Rotational Shifts (Between 12:30 PM – 2:00 AM, any 9-hour window)
🔹 Training: 20 days (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
🔹 Working Days: 5 Days working, 2 days rotational off
