📞 Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance via phone, email, or chat.

🛠 Resolve customer issues, complaints, and queries promptly.

🔄 Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.

📚 Provide product/service information and troubleshoot issues.

🤝 Collaborate with other teams to meet customers’ needs.

🚨 Escalate unresolved issues to higher management when necessary.

🔎 Requirements:

🗣 Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

🧠 Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

💼 Previous experience in customer support (preferred but not mandatory).

😊 Positive attitude, patience, and professionalism in dealing with customers.

⏳ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

💻 Basic knowledge of computer systems and customer service software.
