Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team Genxlead Retail Private Limited (Shyaway) . This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Products. The role offers ₹17000 - ₹22000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts.

  • Manage large inbound calls.

  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.

  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt to and respond to different types of characters.

  • Proven customer support experience is an added advantage.

    Excellent communication in Hindi and English is mandatory
