Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts.
Manage large inbound calls.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt to and respond to different types of characters.
Proven customer support experience is an added advantage.
Qualifications and experience
Graduates from any stream.
Fresher or 0 to 2 years in customer care domestic voice process.
Excellent communication in English, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu and Tamil is mandatory.
