Role Overview

Seeking a Customer support executive fluent in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and English, to work from our office in HSR Layout, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will handle user queries, provide solutions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction across multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer questions and issues through phone, email, or chat in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and English.

- Provide clear and accurate solutions to users in a friendly and professional manner.

- Record and update details of customer interactions and solutions in the system.

- Work with your team to improve the overall customer experience.

- Escalate difficult or unresolved issues to supervisors or other departments.

- Make sure user information is kept confidential and secure.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Fluency in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and English (speaking, reading, and writing).

- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to stay calm and polite, even when handling difficult situations.

- Basic computer skills and experience using email or customer service software.

- Previous experience in customer support is an advantage, but not required.

- Willingness to work from the office in HSR Layout, Bangalore.
