Position: Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)
Experience: Fresher / Experienced
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Provide clear and accurate information to customers.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Maintain call records and update customer details in the system.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and follow company guidelines.
Requirements:
• Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to handle customers politely and patiently.
• Willing to work in shifts if required.
• Fresher candidates are also welcome.
