Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media

• Resolve customer complaints, follow up on escalated issues, and ensure customer satisfaction

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

• Provide product/service information and support

• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments

• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved
