Key Responsibilities
Handle customer and partner support tickets through calls, emails, and internal support systems.
Identify, analyze, and resolve logistics-related issues promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate and timely solutions to customers, drivers, transport partners, and stakeholders.
Ensure every interaction is handled politely, patiently, and with a customer-first approach.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve operational challenges efficiently.
Monitor ticket status and ensure issues are closed within defined timelines.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
Follow up on pending cases and keep customers informed about progress.
Escalate critical issues to the concerned teams whenever required.
Support smooth transportation and delivery operations by proactively addressing concerns.
Maintain high service quality standards and customer satisfaction levels.
Adhere to company policies, processes, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in Tamil, Hindi, and English.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to handle customer concerns calmly and professionally.
Good listening, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
