Customer Service Executive
Location: Sector 60, Noida, UP
Interview: Face to face
Interview Timings: 10 AM to 5 PM (Monday to Saturday)
(Note - Aadhar Card & Resume is mandatory for Interview)
Graduate with 1 Year of experience of Voice process (BPO).
Excellent comm skills.
Overseeing the customer service process.
Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support, Establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers via phone.
Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience.
