We are looking for a smart, confident, and hardworking Receptionist cum Telecaller to join our team. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a positive attitude toward customer handling and office work.
Responsibilities:
Attend incoming phone calls and respond professionally
Call customers and provide information about services/products
Handle front desk and welcome visitors
Maintain customer records and office data
Follow up with clients over phone
Coordinate with staff for daily office work
Manage basic office documentation and reporting
Support administrative and customer service tasks
Eligibility / Qualification:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
Basic Computer Knowledge is required
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel / Calling work preferred
Fresher and experienced both can apply
