We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers, understanding their requirements, providing information about financial/loan services, and assisting them throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle customer calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
Explain loan and financial services such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, etc.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
Assist customers with the loan application process and required documentation.
Follow up with customers regarding their applications and requirements.
Maintain proper customer records and update call details.
Coordinate with the internal team regarding customer queries and application status.
Build positive relationships with customers and ensure good customer service.
Achieve assigned daily/monthly performance targets.
Requirements :
Qualification: Intermediate / Diploma / Any Degree.
Freshers are welcome; relevant experience is an advantage.
Good communication skills in English and Telugu.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to communicate confidently with customers.
Candidates should be willing to work from office.
Salary & Benefits :
Freshers: ₹13,000 – ₹16,000 per month
Experienced: Salary based on experience and previous salary.
Incentives available based on performance.
Training will be provided.
