We are looking for a Customer Support Executive for well established E-Commerce Company located in Chennai Guindy. This position is open only for Female candidates

Salary: Rs.16,000 - Rs.20,000 (Gross)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Address customer queries, resolve concerns and manage complaints via Email, Chat.
Keep records of customer interactions and follow up when required.
Provide customers with accurate information to help resolve their issues.

Job Requirements:

Graduate with 0 to 3 years experience in Customer Support
Must have excellent communication in English
Should be able to join at short notice

It is work from office job

Working hours: Monday to Saturday (10 am to 7 pm). Cab not offered

Candidates with frequent job changes won't be considered
