Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily service and installation activities with field engineers.
Schedule customer visits and ensure timely job completion.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
Track open service tickets and ensure prompt resolution.
Coordinate with the sales, technical, and operations teams for smooth execution.
Prepare daily service reports and maintain accurate records.
Follow up on pending installations, maintenance, and warranty cases.
Monitor engineer productivity and service quality.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in customer support, service coordination, operations, or a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computer applications.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the GPS tracking, telematics, IoT, automotive, or electronics industry will be an added advantage.
