Summary
Responsible for handling customer calls, resolving EV charging issues, coordinating with operations, and ensuring a positive
customer experience while protecting company reputation.
Key Responsibilities
● Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally
● Resolve live service issues (slot delays, charging, rescue, refunds)
● Coordinate with operations and field teams
● Manage pauses, cancellations, and refunds as per policy
● De-escalate difficult conversations; no abusive language
● Document calls and follow IVR/CRM processes
Skills Required
● Strong communication and listening skills
● Customer empathy & conflict resolution
● Basic understanding of service-based operations
● Ability to work under pressure
