About the Role

As an Airport Customer Support Executive at Uber, you are the face of our brand at one of our busiest and most dynamic touchpoints: the airport. Airports are fast-paced, high-stress environments for travelers, and your mission is to turn confusion into seamless mobility.

You will be stationed on-site to assist riders and driver-partners, troubleshoot real-time issues, and ensure that Uber’s airport operations run like clockwork. If you thrive in a buzzing environment and possess a genuine passion for helping people, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • On-the-Ground Support: Assist riders with locating pickup zones, navigating the Uber app, booking rides, and resolving immediate issues (e.g., lost items, fare discrepancies).

  • Driver-Partner Engagement: Guide Uber drivers on airport regulations, designated staging areas, and optimal pickup/drop-off protocols.

  • Conflict Resolution: De-escalate stressful situations with patience and empathy, ensuring a positive experience for frustrated or confused travelers.

  • Crowd & Queue Management: Maintain order at high-traffic Uber pickup zones during peak travel hours, collaborating with airport security and staff.

  • Feedback Loop: Report recurring technical issues, localized airport bottlenecks, or customer feedback to the central operations team to improve the overall product experience.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

  • Strong Customer Service Skills: You have a proven track record of being empathetic, patient, and solutions-oriented. You genuinely enjoy interacting with people from diverse backgrounds.

  • Adaptability & Resilience: You can keep your cool under pressure in a loud, fast-paced airport environment.

  • Flexibility for Rotational Shifts: Since travel never stops, this role requires working flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • Tech-Savvy: Excellent familiarity with smartphones, the Uber app, and basic troubleshooting.

  • Communication: Fluent in English. Fluency in additional languages is a massive plus.

  • Education: Degree holder
