Essencea Infoserv Pvt Ltd is currently hiring for PORTER for the role of Customer Support Associate (inbound) complete WFH .

• A customer support associate porter is responsible for assisting customers with their needs, which can include providing information, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience.

• Candidate also handle tasks such as organizing merchandise, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting other staff members as needed.

• Good communication and customer service skills are essential for this role.

• Any Degree graduate proper documents like Degree, Intermediate.

• Good communication skills

• Good Convincing skills

Required Candidate profile :

• Own laptop must and should.

• Wifi connection mandatory (atleast 50 MBPS).

• Atleast 0 to 6 months experience in voice process.

• Age 18 to 31(Any Gender).

• Shifts timings are completely rotational shifts(No night shifts)

• Training period (15 - 18 days).

• 6 days working days 1 rotational weekoff.
