Job Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls in Kannada and English.
Assist customers with their queries and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Ensure customer satisfaction through polite and professional communication.

Requirements

Must be fluent in Kannada and English.
Minimum Qualification: 10+2 / Any Graduate.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to use applications.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Previous customer support experience is an added advantage.
