Job Responsibilities:

Conduct audits to ensure proper promotion of the Porter brand (online/offline).
Handle customer support interactions and resolve customer queries effectively.
Maintain accurate daily reports and documentation.
Communicate professionally with customers across multiple regions.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: 10+2 / Any Graduate (Any Stream)
Languages Mandatory: Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi & English
Laptop & Wi-Fi connection mandatory
Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹13,000 per month

1-week paid training
Sunday fixed week off

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
