Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives / Telecallers to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with their queries, and providing excellent customer service.

Roles & Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
Maintain proper communication with customers
Follow up with customers when required
Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback
Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality
Work closely with the team to achieve targets
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Basic computer knowledge
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
Immediate joiners preferred
