Job Description

Monitor and manage insurance policy expiration dates using internal systems.

Proactively reach out to clients regarding upcoming renewals via phone, email, or SMS.

Provide clients with renewal quotes and assist with policy comparisons, coverage changes, or upgrades.

Coordinate with underwriters and insurance carriers to obtain competitive quotes.

Address client queries and concerns related to coverage, terms, and premium changes.

Prepare and send renewal documents to clients and follow up on confirmations.

Update CRM and internal systems with client communications and policy changes.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards throughout the renewal process.

Identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling additional insurance products.
