Salary Range: ₹17,000 – ₹26,000 CTC (Based on interview & communication skills)
Job Overview
We are hiring dynamic and customer-oriented professionals for our Customer Care process. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Understand customer needs and provide accurate information or solutions.
Maintain polite and professional communication at all times.
Record customer interactions, issues, and feedback correctly in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly.
Achieve daily and weekly performance targets (quality, productivity, etc.).
Required Skills
Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
Basic understanding of the other language (Hindi or English) for internal communication.
Good listening skills, patience, and a customer-first attitude.
Ability to handle pressure, difficult customers, and multitask.
Qualification & Experience
Education: 12th Pass or Graduate (any stream).
Experience: 0–6 years in customer service or BPO voice process (freshers can apply).
