Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹26,000 CTC (Based on Interview and Communication Skills)
Job Overview:
We are hiring dynamic and customer-oriented professionals fluent in Bengali for our Customer Care process. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience in regional languages.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls efficiently in Bengali.
Understand customer needs and provide accurate information or solutions.
Maintain professional communication and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Record customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
Meet daily and weekly performance metrics as defined by the process.
Required Skills:
Fluency in Bengali.
Basic understanding of English or Hindi for internal communication.
Good listening skills, empathy, and a customer-first approach.
Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively.
Basic computer literacy and typing speed.
Qualification & Experience:
Education: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
Experience: 0–2 years in a customer service or BPO voice process (Freshers can apply).
